I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Kevin Packham and I am the new Principal of Delaine Eastin Elementary. I have been a part of the New Haven Unified education community for 24 years. I began my education career as a substitute teacher in New Haven and after earning my teaching credential, I spent 15 years teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades at Guy Emanuele Elementary School.
